• Our primary objective is to provide housing assistance and the security of having a place to call home for those who need it most.

• We are leveraging an extensive network of NYC landlords who provide apartments for minimum of a 1 year term.

• The fund will negotiate a lower rent (significant discount) for the duration of the lease.
